Can crews use this on a phone without training?
Yes. Stowley has a dedicated mobile workspace for intake, scanning, and signing. The intake flow is one screen per item, optimized for thumbs and one-handed use on a job site.
How are damage claims handled?
Every item gets a condition report with a damage map and photos at pickup. Run the report again at delivery, and you have a side-by-side, timestamped record that holds up against any claim.
Can we collect a deposit before the move?
Yes. Send a Stripe-backed invoice for the deposit ahead of time, or save the client's card on file and charge it later. Both card and ACH are supported.
Does it handle multi-day moves and crew scheduling?
Yes. Service requests can span multiple days, and the built-in calendar shows scheduled jobs by date with an ICS feed you can subscribe to in Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars.
What if a client wants to see their items after the move into storage?
